Guoqing Lin，Professor/PhD Supervisor，He received the Ph.D degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering，Fuzhou University in 1999.
He was a postdoctoral fellow of electronic science and technology of Fudan University and Fujian Juan Kuang Yaming Electric Limited from 2002 to 2005. He is the member of lighting power supply special committee of China Power Supply Society and the council member of Fujian Power Supply Society. His research topics include power electronic converter technology，LED lighting driving technology，electromagnetic compatibility technology，and electronic ballast etc.. He was responsible for or participated in 2 National Natural Science Foundations of China , 7 research projects of Science and Technology Bureau of Fujian Province, and 5 crossing research projects. He won 1 third class Provincial Science and Technology Award, 1 second class Fujian Provincial Natural Science Excellent Paper Award，and 1 third class Fujian Provincial Natural Science Excellent Paper Award. He published more than 80 papers and got 10 authorized national patents.
