Shaobin Chen, associate professor of Fuzhou University, was born in 1975 in Zhangzhou. He is director of Fujian Association of Automation. Dr. Chen received his Ph.D degree in Control Theory and Control Engineering from Zhejiang University in 2008. His main research interests include robot control, intelligent control and evolution algorithm.
Since joining the Fuzhou University, Dr. Chen has chaired one technology program of Fuzhou University, and participated in one National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), one National Defense Pre- research Foundation, three Natural Science Foundations of Fujian Province, two programs of the Education Department of Fujian Province and two lateral research projects. Until now, he has published more than ten technical papers.
