Fenghuang Cai was born in Fujian, Chin in 1976.He received his B.S in Industrial Automation, M.S in Control Theory and Engineering, Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Fuzhou University, PR China, in1998, 2002 and 2007, respectively. He joined Fuzhou University in 1998. Since 2010, he has been an Assistant Professor in Control Engineering. His current research interests include power electronics and control, which include modeling and optimization of power electronic system, digital-signal-processing-based control applications, distributed generation, and renewable energy. In 2013, he won the three prize of Fujian science and technology progress award:Inverter for solar photovoltaic system.
